Bristol-Joseph is a Partner, Pastry Chef, and Director of Hospitality for Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group, which operates multiple restaurant concepts in Austin and San Antonio. He has received James Beard Award nominations, including for Outstanding Pastry Chef. His restaurant Mixtli was named a finalist in the James Beard Awards' Outstanding Restaurant category in 2026.
